Products of proper quality

Sunflower kernels are a food product. Under the Ukrainian Law on Consumer Protection and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172, food products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective products

If you receive a defective product (damaged packaging, foreign matter, non-compliance with the stated specifications), please notify us within 14 days of receipt:

Please attach photos of the product and your order number. We will replace the product or refund your money within 14 days after the claim is confirmed. In this case we cover the shipping costs.

Damage in transit

Please inspect the parcel at the carrier’s branch. If it is damaged, draw up a report with the carrier’s representative — this speeds up the claim.
