Delivery

• Nova Poshta — to a branch, parcel locker or by courier to your address. Cost — at the carrier’s rates.
• Pallets and Big Bags — by freight truck; our manager calculates the cost.
• Pick-up from our warehouse — by prior arrangement.
• Export — terms are agreed individually, with a full set of documents.

Lead times

We confirm orders during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (Kyiv time)). Dispatch takes 1–2 business days after confirmation. Nova Poshta delivery within Ukraine usually takes 1–3 days.

Payment

• Cash on delivery.
• Bank transfer or card payment.
• Invoice payment for companies.

We send you the tracking number after dispatch.
