Description
PANSTAKAN bakery-grade sunflower kernels are hulled, size-graded and optically sorted kernels from the Ukrainian harvest. They have a uniform light grey colour, a clean nutty taste without bitterness and stable moisture, so they perform well in dough, roasting and toppings.

Storage
Store at +5 to +20 °C and relative humidity up to 70% in a dry, clean place free of foreign odours. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
